The February Block

If you are sewing the 2023 BOM Party with me this year, the February block pattern is now available in the portal!

This month, we will focus on making 8-at-a-time Half Square Triangles (also known as HSTs), and review the trimming of Flying Geese, as accurate trimming will be necessary to ensure that the points match well.

Also available this month due to popular request is a full-quilt coloring page, including the option to color-by-number =)

If you are participating in this block of the month, be sure to share your makes on social media with #sweetpotatoBOM to be eligible for this month’s prize, hosted by Kate at Quiltin Crazy.

Happy February!
