New Pattern – Fat Quarter Friendly

It’s coming soon! By popular request, the full quilt version of the Seek and You Will Shine July Mini pattern is almost here!

I ended up tweaking the block a bit – the original mini is 16 inches, but the blocks in the quilt pattern are 18 inches square, and have added components that allow them to replicate the star by interacting more with neighbor blocks.

This Beginner-Friendly pattern is not only fat quarter friendly, but it is realllly fat quarter friendly. There has got to be a fat quarter friendly meter somewhere, because each block uses up about 85% of each fat quarter. This to minimize the waste, but also to allow room in case there is a cutting mistake.

Here are the pattern sizes:
Mini (yes, again, but it’s different and bigger!) – 18″
Baby – 36″ x 36″
Throw – 54″ x 54″
Full/Bed – 90″ x 90″

The Pattern allows you to work through 3 Fabric Versions:
Two-Tone
Fat Quarters + Background Fabric (1 fat quarter per block)
Scrappy

It will be a pretty versatile pattern!
